Evolution from Four Agreements up to Seven Agreements
I would like to share a 1-minute video summarising the 7 pearls of business wisdom which I have learned throughout my professional career. Hope this video will inspire maybe one human to positively change everyday life at the workplace for your teams. #stayhuman ;-)
Use this #workchanger for creating a better place to #cooperate and achieve all over your teams ;-)
And the last one (7th) is of course the most powerful!
Start flourishing of organizations with those simple 7 agreements
When we want to move on and #innovute how we manage organisations and flourish sustainable businesses… We have to start from the roots of human consciousness, which is linked to philosophy.
Companies are talking a lot about values, culture, happiness at the workplace, tuning team building, thinking about how to improve engagement of the workforce and are scared by #greatresignation.
Many times humans at work simply struggle with many #misunderstandings between colleagues, deep silence, missing honest bidirectional feedback between superiors and subordinates, being blocked by office politics or being overloaded with instant communication.
What is functioning well is to start with some basic agreements cross-over all teams – 7 pearls of wisdom, which are very effective in improving everyday life and communication for all teammates.
The Four Agreements: evolution up to the Seven Agreements is an effective way how to improve everyday life at work:
- The first agreement: “Be impeccable with your word.” (“Aim accurately with the word”)
- Second agreement: “Don’t take anything personally.”
- Third agreement: “Don’t make assumptions.”
- Fourth agreement: “Always do your best.”
- Fifth agreement: “Believe in yourself and in the good.”
- Sixth agreement: “Before you trust, understand.”
- Seventh agreement: “Respect and be respected.”
At all teams, these seven agreements adopted by the whole organisation are big positive work-life chargers. Try it.
(of course, you can read the whole book which inspired this post: The Four Agreements)
